Ingredients

1 ginger root

  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (8 g)
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 teaspoon honey (7.5 g)
  • 1 cup of water (250 ml)

Cooking

  • Boil a cup of water. When the water comes to a boil, throw the ginger root into slices. Pour turmeric powder there and mix everything well.
