CAT Examination 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who successfully meet the minimum prescribed eligibility criteria of the CAT examination can only appear in the examination. The minimum eligibility criterion is –

  • Age Limit Criteria

There are no age restrictions for the applicants of the CAT 2020 Examination.

  • Educational Qualification Criteria:

Applicants must hold a graduation degree with a minimum of 50% collective or equivalent CGPA from a recognized University/institution. An applicant who belongs to SC, ST, or PWD category requires a minimum of 45% scores.

Applicants must pass a professional degree, i.e., CA, CS, or ICWA, with the minimum required scoring.

Applicants waiting for the last session of graduation degree or equivalent qualification are also eligible to appear in the CAT examination.
